  • DevDroid Gaming provides Android game development services including 2D/3D game development, optimization, UI/UX design, monetization, and publishing assistance.
  • All services are provided on a project basis after mutual agreement.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices mentioned on the website are estimates only.
  • Final price will be decided after detailed project discussion and scope finalization.
  • I require 50% advance payment to start the project and 50% upon completion and client approval.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.

4. Project Timeline

  • Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback.
  • Delays due to late feedback or frequent changes from the client’s side may extend the delivery time.

5. Revisions & Changes

  • Number of revisions depends on the package chosen.
  • Major changes after project approval may incur additional charges.

6. Source Code & Ownership

  • Upon full payment, you will receive complete source code and full ownership of the game.
  • I retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless a separate NDA is signed.

7. Refund Policy

  • No refunds after project work has started.
  • If we are unable to deliver as per the agreed scope, a partial refund may be considered case by case.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear requirements and timely feedback.
  • Provide necessary assets (logos, images, etc.) on time.
  • Make payments as per the agreed schedule.

9. Limitation of Liability

DevDroid Gaming will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services or the published game.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All third-party assets (music, images, plugins) used in the game must comply with their respective licenses.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your game does not violate any copyrights or trademarks.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
